Here at QuickBox, we aim to provide the best customer experience for everyone. Everyone using our Community Edition to those who purchase the Pro version of QuickBox. We’re looking at expanding our staff but we wanted the opportunity for those who currently work with QuickBox to share their experiences about who they are, and what they do.
Beta Testers

I do mainly beta testing except for when Mischief asks me for my amazing graphical design skills. I love it. I love this project, I’ve used it for years now and I couldn’t be happier to help test out functionality to make it even better.

Sidekicks and Support Staff
Venican is also brand new to the staff as one of our Support Sidekicks. Supporting our community through issues and helping staff ensure that the knowledge base is completely accurate and up-to-date.
I help out with support for QuickBox. I love working with the QuickBox team as everyone is friendly and always helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better community either.

When I discovered QuickBox I think it’s corresponding of when our God has started to loose his patience. I was here for every dumb questions. Then I annoyed him again and again to translate QuickBox. Then he launched QuickBox Pro and made me an official translator and staff member.
I could see how QuickBox grows and when I look in the past, I’m always pleasantly surprised. I am so grateful to be a part of this amazing project. You are my 3rd family (after mine and my wife’s family). Love you guys !

Core Developers
Now it’s time the main people who make QuickBox happen for everyone. Mischief is one of our Core Developers who helps ensure that QuickBox platform is available to everyone, and ensures that we all can enjoy the benefits of it. Here is what he had say;
I was informed about QuickBox from a friend of mine who had been using them for years. This was back on the Community edition years back. After the release of Pro I made my way onto the Discord and just contributed where I could. I started helping out with some feature requests, coding them and sending them over to JM for inclusion (Fun fact: This was the API section of the panels and the much used quickSupport!).
From there JM bumped me up to sidekick and I spent time adding or refining the features of QuickBox Pro and generally helping out where possible. Originally I came in as support but gradually moved over to spending as much time developing as I could! Once I was settled in how JM coded things, we managed to add some new features, revamping of old ones and some security enhancements to the software to protect everyone! Version 1.0.0 was released at the start of the year, but that really is just the beginning.
There are so many things coming that we truly hope will let our members benefit even more so from Quickbox Pro. The requests from the community as well as ideas from our team – and then finding ways to implement these – is one of the many reasons why I love working with QuickBox Pro. No day is ever the same and everyone here is an amazing part of our team that we wouldn’t want to be without

JMSolo who is our Founder of QuickBox started all of this off and none of us would be here without him. Let’s get his take on things;
There has been loads of help, time and energy put into the evolution of QuickBox. It hasn’t always been a clear path, some have come and some have gone, there have been bumpy relationships along the way. This has been far out-weighed by the positives. The Community, it’s members, our subscribers that keep us afloat and provide Support Staff with performance bonuses, the work we all put into it every day; I would not trade any of this for anything in this world. QuickBox has kept me current and in a perpetual state of learning… that is the icing on the cake… a reason why the sacrifices I have made to ensure QuickBox stays on course are all worth it.
It was built mainly as a “Pay it forward” type of script, something to put energy and love into and release it back to the masses. Since then, QuickBox has been nothing short of an incredible adventure. We’re still changing and learning new and unique ways to handle various situations as well as delivery, but it continues to be an exciting journey that really has no end in sight. The Community, the Staff, the joys of watching the evolution of a software with very humble beginnings are things that always keep me proud.
Also, there is never a dull moment. No problems/questions/concerns are too big or too small.

I joke of course! Here is what I’ve actually got to say.
As someone who’s job it is to ensure that customers get the best experience after purchasing a product, I came into the community seeing the great work that had already been done. However, we had developers trying to support Customers who had never worked in a customer experience role.
I wanted to change this and wanted to make the whole experience much better by providing a real platform for customers to get the knowledge that they need, with the level of support that they pay for in one seamless workflow. My real world experiences have helped change the way QuickBox views their customers and help improve procedures and policies for the benefit of the consumer and not of the developers.
The staff have always been friendly and now being in a structured format with clear boundaries, we all know where we stand and how we operate. We are all so proud to work together moving towards one goal of providing the all-in-one platform for seedbox management. With that laser focused goal, we all achieve our own personal goals and our own development does not get ignored. I couldn’t of asked for a better community to be a part of and I cannot wait to see how we can improve the platform even more.
