Holiday Support Notice

As the Holidays are upon us, we take time to be with our families and to reflect upon the wildest year of them all 2020!

As of December 24th through the 26th and December 31st through January 2nd, please be advised the priority support via both the onsite ticketing system, as well as the Discord Live Chat will be limited. This includes any support requests as well as service requests (Guru Install, RClone Guru, Server Optimization, and Server Migration) will be limited in reply and delivery. Orders will still process and go through, however, our staff will be mostly unavailable during these Holiday dates. Orders on QuickBox Pro licenses will not be affected and you can still get yours during this time!

We have had a busy year here at QuickBox and we look forward to many more years. Our staff are in good health and we are extending the same wishes onto all of our customers and members. We look forward to being back and continuing to provide the same great world class level of support that is the QuickBox way! We thank everyone for your ongoing support and your understanding during this away time. We’re all owed some time to reflect and enjoy those we can be with and love.

No worries though, any tickets raised on our support system will be promptly and professionally handled the moment we come back to work. I will personally be back on the ticket system as of December 26th, however, I expect staff members to take an extra day and enjoy the Holidays.
