If you wish to see a list of all of the users who have registered but not activated their account within QuickBox Pro, then follow the steps below in how to do this.
Instructions:
- Log into your Dashboard
- Under Admin Links, click on QuickBox System Dashboard
3. On the right hand side, click on the User Management icon.
4. Then click on User Admin
5. Then click on the Users Awaiting Activation Tab
6. Then you will be presented with a list of users who are awaiting activation.
Manually Activate a User
If you have a user waiting to be activated, it will look like below.
- Click the tick box next to the username on the left hand side
2. Then click on the Activate Users button.
3. Then you will see your newly activated user in the list.
