Writeback Cleanup, and Native IPTVBoss Support

🧰 Two additions: a one-click fix for a wedged server, and IPTVBoss as a native app

Writeback cleanup. Ever had your load average slowly climb over hours or days while the box stays responsive and nothing you're running is obviously busy? That's often a kernel writeback livelock - a control group dies, the kernel gets stuck re-homing its cached inodes, and two kernel workers spin without the backlog ever draining. It's an upstream Linux 6.12 regression. There's now a Writeback cleanup card on the System Dashboard's Hardware Health panel that catches it. Open the card and it runs a read-only check and gives you a plain verdict; when it finds a livelock, one button releases the unreferenced inodes so the drain finishes - no reboot, and it never touches a file that's in use. It's the dashboard face of qb fix writeback, so the terminal and the browser do the same thing.

Native IPTVBoss support. IPTVBoss is now a first-class QuickBox app. Install it from the dashboard, and QuickBox runs it as a single always-on Xtream Codes server that keeps your playlists and EPG in sync on its own schedule - reverse-proxied, with optional subdomain SSL, and nothing to keep open on a desktop. Your license stays entirely yours; QuickBox never stores or automates it. Manage it right from the App Dashboard row: apply and reload after a settings change, watch what synced and when, back it up, and reach the editor over a desktop remote. And if you want IPTVBoss to pull its sources through a VPN, app-scoped routing on the VPN Control page will send only its traffic through the tunnel while the rest of your server stays put.
